Don’t we all need some good news nowadays — and guess what, MainStream found it flowing in some of Iowa’s LGBTQ+ bars.

That’s the cover story for the July 2025 edition of MainStream, hitting streets and mailboxes throughout Iowa and Illinois starting tomorrow.

Here’s what you’ll find in this month’s 32-page edition, available by subscription for a small annual fee, or for free at almost 300 distribution spots throughout Illinois and Iowa.
