Boost your mental health today with Trans-Visibility Boards
BLOOMINGTON — Start preparing for the upcoming Transgender Day of Visibility by prepping vision boards with community today. Vision boards are collages of aspirations, goals, dreams or passions that can help serve as “mental rehearsals” for major life events, writes Henry Ford Health. At today’s Trans-Visibility Board gathering, Prairie Pride Coalition will provide the supplies, and Our Favorite Things Boutique will facilitate. You can join this activity any time from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Bloomington Public Library, 205 E. Olive St.
