
This is the first of two screening sessions on Day Two of the Pulling Focus African American Film Festival. Partake of 10 different films at TMBC The Lincoln Center throughout the afternoon. The festival is a four-day event that "celebrates the rich and diverse narratives of the Black Diaspora through the art of film." Gleaned from 112 submissions from at least 20 countries, the festival features 70 films in all genres, including science-fiction, documentaries and horror. This event is founded by author, artist and activist Gaye Shannon Burnett and her son, independent filmmaker Jonathan Burnett.
