Naper Pride seeks input for neuro-diverse teen program
NAPERVILLE — If you’re a neurodiverse teen, or the parent or guardian of a neurodiverse teen, a group is starting to provide you support. Naper Pride is aiming to provide a twice-monthly support group for neurodiverse teens ages 12 to 17 in the Naperville area, and will be led by an adult chaperone. Activities contemplated include field trips, speakers, games, volunteering, and more. The group is seeking community input on what activities to provide and also wants to hear about the different needs attendees might have, such as sensory needs, allergies and physical limitations. To offer your input, find the form here. You can also contact Margie@naperpride.org for more information.
